About me
I am originally from San Antonio Texas and attended Baylor University for my DPT. My wife and I recently moved to California, where I teach in a university kinesiology department while still seeing patients as a physical therapist on the side as well. We love outdoor activities such as hikes and sports. I am a basketball lover and fascinated by the intersection between health and technology.
My approach to care
I am passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge about how pain and injury work. I believe that everyone should know how to understand and treat their own pain and am dedicated to loving and compassionately caring for patients with a holistic bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to health and well being. I have experience treating patients with chronic pain, balance issues, general dysfunction and individuals with disabilities. My aim is always to empower my patients to no longer need me by end of our care plan.
What my clients can expect from our first session together
Our first session will be spent exclusively getting to know YOU. The better I can understand your experience, the better I will be able to individualize a plan of care that will best empower you to not only get out of pain or dysfunction, but equip you to maintain and progress your holistic health on your own after we are done.
How I see patients
Mobile Health: Traveling to patients at various locations, such as homes, gyms, or offices.
Telehealth: Providing virtual care via video calls for remote consultations and follow-ups.
